Instructions to Authors

Please review the systematic preparation criteria below before uploading your engineering research manuscript to the Journal of Progressive Engineering Studies (JPES). Rigid template alignment guarantees quick editorial processing, transparent tracking, and accelerated indexing routes.

Before You Submit

Authors submit original data layers under absolute confirmation that the tracking paper is not concurrently considered inside other publication loops, and all co-authors universally approve the final scientific text.

  • The manuscript tracking data sequence has not been published or split elsewhere.
  • All listed co-authors held crucial investigative roles and approved the upload loop.
  • All empirical data sources, manufacturing figures, and tables map proper citations.
  • All operational funding loops or commercial conflict interests are explicitly declared.
  • Institutional board ethics approvals (where applicable) are fully documented.

Manuscript Preparation

Recommended Structure
  • Title Page – Structural topic title, full author names, institutional affiliations, and deep corresponding communications details.
  • Abstract – Highly compressed 150–250 word text capturing research core objectives, algorithmic methods, key outcomes, and concrete findings.
  • Keywords – 4–6 specific technical index terms, separated by commas.
  • Introduction – Empirical background context, explicit problem metrics, and research boundaries.
  • Methodology – Thoroughly documented math workflows or manufacturing steps allowing peer replication.
  • Results & Discussion – High-resolution findings supported sequentially by tracking tables, charts, and comparative analytical views.
  • Conclusion – Ultimate research summary breakthroughs and future expansion projections.
  • References – Arranged strictly in a unified style tracking global standards.

Formatting Guidelines
  • Language: Grammatically rigorous and precise academic English prose.
  • File Formats: Microsoft Word format (.doc / .docx) or clean standard LaTeX files.
  • Typography: Times New Roman font framework, 11pt or 12pt, tracking 1.5 line spacing intervals.
  • Page Bounds: Standard A4 sizing matrix, uniform borders, with sequential bottom page numbers.
  • Graphics Depth: High-clarity vector diagrams and clear tabular charts mapping continuous index numbering and descriptions.
  • Notations: Absolute SI system metrics and approved baseline technical expressions.
  • Citations: Unified referencing tracks (IEEE, APA, or standard numbered loops) mapped across JPES structures.

Submission Checklist

File Integrities
  • Main technical text file is complete, clean, and uncorrupted.
  • All underlying tracking tables, mathematical graphs, and data items are nested.
  • Uploaded document is clear of active comment strips or review tracks.
Authorship & Integrity
  • Co-author sequence and primary affiliation values are frozen and approved.
  • Plagiarism checking filters are executed, matching clean percentage boundaries.
  • Ethical permission hashes and funding data clauses are appended.
Content Verification
  • Article title and summary abstract cleanly mirror the tracking engineering depth.
  • All graphical assets capture clear captions and text citations inside sections.
  • Grammar matrices and structural phrasing spelling checks are complete.
Journal Synchronization
  • Research scope sits squarely within the computational horizons of JPES.
  • Manuscript layout mimics structural layout specs of the journal templates.
  • All legal declarations (Conflicts, Funding sources) are placed.

How to Submit Your Manuscript

JPES drives a fast cloud submission engine. Authors smoothly loop through these four technical pipeline milestones to transfer files into the evaluation workflow:

1
Access Ecosystem
Generate a fresh investigator profile or sign into ongoing channels via the Register or Login matrix zones.
2
Initialize Metadata
Select “Submit Paper” inside the account interface, mapping the structural title, abstract paragraph, keywords, and author details.
3
Transfer Documents
Upload the central document alongside related vector illustrations, data lists, and supplemental information objects cleanly.
4
Finalize Submission
Audit structural summary fields, confirm publication ethics declarations, and execute “Final Submit” to activate the email track loop.
